Adding/Removing Files (P)

1. Adding a File

  • To add a File, select the Files tab
  • Select "Add New"

  • Enter the Title of the file you're adding 
  • Select which group you would like to post the file too (e.g., All Groups, Parish Office etc.) 
  • Enter a Description of the file (optional) 
  • Click the Public box to post the file to your public website page 
  • Select an Expiration date 
  • Select Save to publish the file

2. Editing/Removing a File

  • Select the Files tab 
  • Select "Edit" or "Delete" to update the Files
  • If editing, follow the instructions above to make any adjustments to your file 
  • If deleting, select "Delete" and the file will be removed
