1. Adding a File
- To add a File, select the Files tab
- Select "Add New"
- Enter the Title of the file you're adding
- Select which group you would like to post the file too (e.g., All Groups, Parish Office etc.)
- Enter a Description of the file (optional)
- Click the Public box to post the file to your public website page
- Select an Expiration date
- Select Save to publish the file
2. Editing/Removing a File
- Select the Files tab
- Select "Edit" or "Delete" to update the Files
- If editing, follow the instructions above to make any adjustments to your file
- If deleting, select "Delete" and the file will be removed
