How to Add Students

  1. Administration→Grades/Reports
  2. Select the class you want to add students to, for example: 1st Grade-> P.E.
  3. Select “Students”→”Add Students”
  4. Then select which Classroom/Group you want to get students from, for example: 1st Grade, and the students in that class will populate in the right side bar.
  5. Select students you want to add (can add all or select specific ones) and it will populate on the left side of the table.
  6. You can arrange students once they are added to the class in 3 different ways: by first name, by last name, by number 
  7. Select “Save Subject” when you are done adding students and arranging them.
